Q:How do I get my digital files to you??
A:You may email images (up to 10)
or snail mail a disk to the studio (required
for larger orders.)
Q: What about the image copyrights??
A: Many photographers today also include a copyright release with your images. We must have a copy of this release to work on your images. No Exceptions!! You can email, snail mail or fax this release to us at (203) 874-4097. If you took the image yourself, then type & sign a release stating that you own the copyright..
Q: What is the turnaround time??
A:Turnaound time is typically 3-4 days for up to 25 images and 10-14 days for a full wedding, but this can depend on the current studio workload, so if you have a deadline please call before placing an order.
Q:How will I get the images?
A: Orders 10 images and over will be placed on a disk and shipped to you via USPS. Please be sure to provide an address with your order.
Q:What if I have an idea of what I want done?
A: Just email your ideas with the image (file) name.
